Carmen is the President and Broker of CC Legacy Financial Corporation, a company that was founded in 2006 providing excellent services and education in the Mortgage Lending and Real Estate industries. With her 28 years of experience in the Mortgage Lending, Real Estate, and recently adding Financial services specifically (Life Insurance and Annuities), she has created a complete circle of services for her network.
Carmen Chong has been a proud member of the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) since 2009, 2011 Founding President of the San Francisco Peninsula chapter, 2015 AREAA National Chairwoman and currently serves as the CEO for AREAA Global, the for profit arm of AREAA.
Being of Chinese descent, but born and raised in Nicaragua, Carmen is trilingual in English, Spanish and Cantonese.

Jeff Needham is currently the Regional Manager and Senior Vice President responsible for HSBC’s Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Retail Business Banking, and Residential Mortgage Lending businesses across the Western United States.
Jeff began his career with HSBC in 1993, and has held various senior positions throughout his twenty-seven year career with the organization. Prior to his current posting, Jeff had responsibility for our Retail Banking and Wealth Management businesses across New York City and had previous responsibility for our National Residential Mortgage Lending business across the United States.

During his 30 year career with RE/MAX, Mike has held many leadership positions and currently leads Industry Relations and RE/MAX Diversity and Inclusion initiatives to support fair housing for all. Mike has managed a 29 year partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals that has raised over $160 million through the RE/MAX Miracle Home Program.
